Wacky Chocolate Cake

Equipment

  • Conventional Oven

Ingredients
  

  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 5 tbsp cocoa
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • ½ stick oleo
  • cup milk

Instructions
 

Cake

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Sift flour, 1 cup of sugar, and salt into a pan. Add vinegar and 3 tablespoons of cocoa. Mix.
  • Add water, cooking oil and vanilla. Mix well.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.

Frosting

  • Combine 1 cup of sugar, oleo, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, 2 tablespoons cocoa, and milk. Bring to a full boil, and boil one minute. Pour over cake.
