  • Ice cream maker


  • 4 eggs
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • milk enough to fill freezer can


  • Beat eggs for 5 minutes. Add salt and sugar. Beat on low speed until sugar is dissolved.
  • Add Eagle Brand milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla.
  • Pour in freezer can, and add regular whole milk to fill line in can.


You must have an ice cream freezer equipped with freezer can to make this. Any old refrigerator freezer will not work.
