Snicker Doodles

- Conventional Oven
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- 1½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2¾ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cream of tarter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add dry ingredients.
- Shape into balls the size of walnuts and roll in a mixture of cinnamon and sugar (desired amount).
- Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 10 minutes.
