  • Conventional Oven


  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • 2 pgk instant pie filling lemon
  • cup milk
  • Nuts to taste


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Mix oleo, flour and pecans together, and place in a 9x13-inch Pyrex pan.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar, and fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. Mix pie filling and milk; spread over cream cheese layer.
  • Top with 8 ounces of Cool Whip, and sprinkle nuts on top.


Can substitute with any other flavor of pie filling.
