Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 oz cool whip
- 2 pgk instant pie filling lemon
- 2½ cup milk
- Nuts to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix oleo, flour and pecans together, and place in a 9x13-inch Pyrex pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese and sugar, and fold in 8 ounces of Cool Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. Mix pie filling and milk; spread over cream cheese layer.
- Top with 8 ounces of Cool Whip, and sprinkle nuts on top.
Notes
Can substitute with any other flavor of pie filling.
