Equipment

  • Conventional Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 pie crust unbaked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Melt butter. Combine sugar and flour. Mix all ingredients together, and pour into a unbaked pie shell.
  • Bake for approximately 1 hour, until it is golden brown and does not shake.
