Hot Corn

Course Side Dish


  • 4 can whole kernel corn drained
  • 8 tbsp margarine
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3-4 jalapeno peppers diced


  • Place drained corn into a casserole dish. Cut margarine and cream cheese in small chunks, and add to corn. Add chopped jalapeno peppers.
  • Cook in the microwave until cheeses are melted, stirring occasionally.
