Ham Baked With Raisin Sauce

Ingredients
- Smoked Ham
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1¼ cup apple juice
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- ½ cup raisins
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Take one center cut sliced smoked ham and sear on both sides in a heavy skillet.
- To make raisin sauce; combine in saucepan brown sugar and corn starch. Stir in apple juice or cider, apple cider vinegar and raisins. Cook and stir these ingredients until slightly thick. Pour over ham.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
