  • Conventional Oven

Ingredients
  

  • Smoked Ham
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp corn starch
  • cup apple juice
  • 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ½ cup raisins

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Take one center cut sliced smoked ham and sear on both sides in a heavy skillet.
  • To make raisin sauce; combine in saucepan brown sugar and corn starch. Stir in apple juice or cider, apple cider vinegar and raisins. Cook and stir these ingredients until slightly thick. Pour over ham.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
