Sour Cream Coffee Cake

- Conventional Oven
Ingredients
- 1 cup pecans chopped
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cup Sugar
- 16 tbsp butter softened
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 8 oz sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
Cake
- Spray a bundt pan with cooking oil, and lightly dust with flour. Mix together 2 cups of sugar, margarine, salt, eggs, sour cream, vanilla, flour and baking powder with an electric mixer until smooth and thick. Pour half of batter into pan.
Nut MIxture
- Mix together pecans, 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle 3/4 of nut mixture on cake batter.
- Pour remainder of batter over nut mixture, and then top with remaining nut mixture.
- Bake for 1 hour.
