- 2 tbsp green onion sliced
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 lb Shrimp raw, peeled, deveined
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ tsp garlic minced
- In large skillet, cook green onions and garlic in margarine and oil for one minute over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
- Add shrimp. Cook and stir until shrimp are pink. Add Real Lemon brand lemon juice and salt: heat through.
- Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
