  • Conventional Oven


  • 2 lb Chicken Breast
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • cup Ritz Crackers crushed
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 tbsp poppy seed


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cook and de-bone chicken; place in flat dish. Mix chicken soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
  • TOPPING: Combine butter with cracker crumbs and poppy seeds. Sprinkle over top of mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
