Equipment

  • Conventional Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 2 stick oleo
  • 2 cup sugar
  • cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1⅓ cup coconut
  • cup nuts chopped
  • 1 jar marshmellow creme
  • 12 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp corn syrup
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tbsp oleo

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream together, sugar, butter, and cocoa. Add eggs, vanilla and creme. Add flour, coconut, and pecans.
  • Beat 1-2 minutes. Grease and flour oblong baking dish. Spread mixture evenly in dish. While hot spread an even layer of marshmallow creme over cake.
  • Bake for 45 minutes.
  • ICING: Melt together chocolate chips, corn syrup, milk, and 1 tablespoon oleo and pour over cake.
