
Mississippi Mud Cake

Ingredients
- 2 stick oleo
- 2 cup sugar
- 1½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp cocoa
- 4 eggs
- 1⅓ cup coconut
- 1½ cup nuts chopped
- 1 jar marshmellow creme
- 12 oz chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp corn syrup
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tbsp oleo
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream together, sugar, butter, and cocoa. Add eggs, vanilla and creme. Add flour, coconut, and pecans.
- Beat 1-2 minutes. Grease and flour oblong baking dish. Spread mixture evenly in dish. While hot spread an even layer of marshmallow creme over cake.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- ICING: Melt together chocolate chips, corn syrup, milk, and 1 tablespoon oleo and pour over cake.
