Equipment

  • Conventional Oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1⅔ cup Mincemeat
  • 1 can Apple Pie Filling
  • ¾ cup raisins
  • 1 cup Cherry Preserves whole
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 8 tbsp butter cut up
  • Whipped Cream
  • Sherry
  • 1 Pie Shell unbaked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Combine mincemeat, pie filling, raisins, cherry preserves, and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell,
  • Toss butter cubes with sugar and top the fruit mixture.
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream flavored with sherry.
