Mincemeat Pie

- Conventional Oven
Ingredients
- 1⅔ cup Mincemeat
- 1 can Apple Pie Filling
- ¾ cup raisins
- 1 cup Cherry Preserves whole
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup sugar
- 8 tbsp butter cut up
- Whipped Cream
- Sherry
- 1 Pie Shell unbaked
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine mincemeat, pie filling, raisins, cherry preserves, and lemon juice. Pour into unbaked pie shell,
- Toss butter cubes with sugar and top the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream flavored with sherry.
