King Ranch Chicken

  • Conventional Oven


  • 1 Chicken whole
  • 1 pkg flour tortillas
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper chopped
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • ½ lb cheddar cheese shredded
  • Chili Powder to taste
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Bake Chicken in foil for 1& 1/2 hours; save broth. Cool and bone chicken. Cut into bite- sized pieces.
  • Line an oblong cake pan with a package of flour tortillas dipped in chicken broth. Add onion, green pepper, soups, cheese, and sprinkle with chili powder. Top with Rotel.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
