Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 potatoes diced
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 8 oz whole kernel corn
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup water
- 1½ cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Brown and drain meat. Peel and dice potatoes. Place meat, potatoes, tomato sauce, water, and spices in a large casserole dish. Stir well.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
- Add corn and stir. Mix cheeses and sprinkle on top. Return to oven for 15 minutes.
