Green Mountain Maple BBQ Chicken

  • Grill


  • 3 Tbsp Maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp Chili Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 4 Chicken Thighs Boneless & Skinless
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil


  • Heat grill to medium high heat
  • Mix maple syrup, chili sauce, vinegar and mustard in small saucepan until well blended
  • Brush chicken with oil, season with salt and pepper.
  • Grill chicken until cooked through (about 10 minutes). Turning occasionally and brushing with sauce


Serve immediately.  Recipe can be doubled
