Easy Red Velvet Cake Icing

Ingredients
  

  • 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup crisco
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Cook flour and milk slowly until thick. Refrigerate.
  • Beat crisco and butter for 4 minutes.
  • Add sugar, vanilla, and the cooled flour mixture to butter. Beat well.
