Easy Brunswick Stew

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 cups chicken breast cooked, chopped
  • 3 cups potato chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp liquid smoke

Instructions
 

  • Melt butter in large dutch oven.
  • Stir in Chicken and next 4 ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
  • Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a second boil.
  • Reduce and simmer uncovered for 2 hours
  • Stir occasionally.
