  • Conventional Oven


  • 4 Chicken Breast
  • 4 pc bacon
  • 1 jar dried beef
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup


  • Preheat oven to 325.
  • Pepper chicken lightly, but do not salt. Line bottom of deep casserole dish with dried beef. Roll up each chicken breast, then wrap a piece of bacon around the breast and secure with a toothpick. Place each chicken and bacon roll on top of dried beef.
  • Mix with mixer: sour cream, cream cheese, and cream of chicken soup. Pour this mixture over the top of the chicken breasts.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake for 1 hour 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.


Serve one breast with some dried beef and some of the sauce over a serving of white rice.
Makes 4 servings, and can be doubled.
