Chicken & Broccoli Pie

  • Conventional Oven


  • 10 oz broccoli frozen, chopped, thawed, drained
  • cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 Chicken cubed, cooked
  • cup onion chopped
  • ½ cup Bisquick reduced fat
  • 1 cup milk skim
  • 2 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper


  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Sprinkle broccoli, 1 cup of the cheese, chicken and onion in a greased9" pie plate.
  • In a separate bowl, mix baking mix, eggs, salt, and pepperwith fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • Bake for 32-37minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 1-2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.


For vegetable pie omit chicken and use 1/3 cup green bell pepper.
