Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 oz American Cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ tsp ketchup
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 jalapeno peppers
  • ½ tbsp jalapeno pepper sauce
  • ½ tbsp paprika
  • ½ tbsp cumin
  • ½ tsp mustard seed ground
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

Instructions
 

  • Cook butter and flour in double broiler for 2 minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, cook until cheese melts.

Notes

If a hotter dip is desired, add more jalapeno peppers and/or jalepeno sauce.
