  • 3 cup broccoli shredded stalks, not florets
  • ½ cup carrots shredded
  • ½ cup cabbage shredded
  • 8 oz yogurt Lemon flavored, fat-free
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ¼ cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 apple chopped


  • Toss all ingredients together and serve.


You could save time by using a broccoli slaw package from the store.
