Bill’s Salsa

Course Appetizer


  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 9-12 serrano peppers
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tbsp onion salt
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 3/4 tbsp chili powder
  • cilantro to taste
  • Tony’s Creole Seasoning to taste


  • Combine all ingredients in a large container
  • Process in smaller amounts in food processor or blender until tomatoes are a desired consistency
  • Store in glass jars in the refrigerator.


Great for snacking or parties.
